Subwindow caption flows out of the window

Description

Using the reindeer theme the subwindow caption is only cut in IE6 when making the window smaller. In FF3/Safari/IE7 the caption flows out of the window.

In runo the caption wraps to the next line.

Fixing changeset also includes black style window changes, now a bit lighter.
