Include a top-level directory in TestBench installation package

Description

It's very annoying to unzip an installation package and find the current directory cluttered with dozens of files. Always have one top-level directory, in this case "Vaadin-TestBench" plus possibly the version number.

Done in [12770]. The root directory is now 'vaadin-testbench-<version>' in lower-case. Please reopen the ticket if it should be capitalized or something else.
