Description

Running IE9 in native mode causes screenshots to be offset with 2x2 pixels so that the top two and leftmost two pixels are missing.

Disabled IE6-IE8 fix for IE9 in [18095].

Final fix in [18188]. Reviewed by Mikael Grankvist.

The extra shadow/border/inset used in compatibility mode will be included in screenshots taken with IE9. This is incompatible with 2.0.0 and must be documented and stated in the released notes.
