#4075 released enhancement (fixed)

Suggest most common links in the Related Links

When first submitting a new add-on the best guidance to the user would be to provide most common links by default as empty placeholders. This mean links like:

  • Online Demo
  • Source Code
  • Discussion Forum
  • Issue Tracker

However, it should be possible to leave any of these empty, if it is not relevant to the add-on.

The user can change the title of a suggested link, but it will show up again the next time the user edits the add-on - it's string matching, not a type in the db. This should be a minor drawback: if you absolutely want to name it "Live Demo" instead of "Online Demo", a "Online Demo" suggestion will keep appearing at the end of the list, easy to ignore (but hinting that conforming naming would be preferable).

This changeset also makes the links-editor remove links with empty URL, and copy the URL to the title if the title is missing.
